Smart electrochlorination device improves water quality:
Designed and developed by Cascade Design Inc. (CDI), the new Smart Electrochlorinator 200 (SE200) device, is a water treatment device which is ideally suited for use by communities, companies, institutions, schools and households.
The SE200 turns salt water into a disinfecting solution that is similar to bleach, but more effective. This solution of mixed oxidants can be used to make water safe to drink, or to sterilize hard surfaces in cooking areas and hospitals.
The SE200 has passed the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA’s) Guide Standard and Protocol for Microbiological Purifiers as it inactivates viruses, bacteria, protozoan cysts Giardia and Crytosporidium in clean and dirty waters. The SE200 can quickly purify water from any source. The device has unlimited shelf life and the shelf life of the batteries ranges from 7 to 10 years.
